Alert as temperatures set to soar

Britain could see the warmest weather of the year so far next week, forecasters said, as the Met Office issued a heat warning.

OK so maybe it won't get that hot but...temperatures could reach 30C by the middle of the week.

It should continues through the first half of the week, very warm and muggy, with temperatures picking up to 30C by Wednesday. It's not going to be wall to wall sunshine, showers will break out in the afternoon.

The weather could be the same towards the end of the week and into next weekend.

A "heat health" warning was issued by the Met Office for next week, because night time temperatures could remain as high as 18C in some areas.
Chief Forecaster at the Met Office, Andy Page, added: "The very warm conditions will last well into next week, with the hottest days of the summer so far and a 60% chance of reaching 32C."
The hottest day of the year so far was recorded at Heathrow Airport last Thursday, when the mercury reached 28C.

I need to move South, 90 degrees South!
That's better!
